In individual therapy (also known as therapy or counseling) you and I will meet on a regular basis to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life experiences, with the goal of improving your mental health and overall well-being. I will provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can express yourself freely and explore areas of difficulty or distress.

How I Can Help
In our therapy relationship, you’ll experience connection, acceptance, safety, and trust; this can be healing in itself. We’ll start by exploring and making sense of your challenges—compassionately and collaboratively. We can explore patterns of thought and behavior that contribute to your challenges so you can change these patterns. We can also use EMDR, guided imagery, and mindfulness to activate your mind’s natural ability to heal, going deeper than words, into realms of feeling, imagination, and focused attention. I believe you’ll find that I bring exceptional clarity, integrity, and creativity to our therapy work.
